SCHMETTERLINGE
In 2020, during the lifting of pandemic restrictions, I visited Insel Mainau (Bodensee, Germany). I fell in love with the wonderful butterflies that I saw there and immediately conceived the idea of a project.
I compiled some pieces about butterflies, in a diversified portrait of their figure and representation. Made possible by the indispensable support of NEUSTART KULTUR and the participation of a vast team, this album is born.
The butterfly is a symbol of metamorphosis. The world is currently undergoing an enormous process of transformation.
It is said that the different colours of the butterflies have different meanings, and, that blue are the ones that symbolize hope. This album is guided by the hope I have in the world, in the human beings.
With this project my intention is to make people aware of the importance of music and art in general in our lives. I also want it to act as a triggering contribution to climate change awareness and to our transformation as human beings. May this symbology of butterflies, and the good energies they carry, make us hope that within the impossible, there is always a trace of “possible” of the Universe.
